Kitten season is here early because we don't have a winter this year. Homeless cats have to cross dangerous roads in search of food, and many don't make it back to their babies…

Office update: as many of you know, our office was destroyed last month and we lost everything - computers, cameras, rescue equipment - a total disaster.

We still don't have a roof, and it's just a nightmare to look up and see the sky, especially knowing rain might be coming this weekend. We also have a wall that partially collapsed, so it's a structural issue that will take time to fix. Between engineers, plans, permits, and finding workers after the fires we had here, things are quite challenging here in California.

We're still working to recover a lot of the data (videos we filmed and never got to edit). A few people asked if we don't have everything backed up to a cloud, and the answer is that these videos require a lot of space, and it would cost too much money to store all these terabytes in the cloud and there is no justification for that - this was a freak accident, and hopefully it will never happen again.

Meanwhile, we continue working because there are many sad cases out there, and thanks to your support, we are their only hope.
