Mark your calendars: 11/27 is #GivingTuesday! How will you support animals?

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving that harnesses the collective power of individuals, communities and organizations to celebrate generosity worldwide. This year, the animals we rescue need your help.

Will you join our#GivingTuesday fundraising team? 🐱 πŸΆ

What is #GivingTuesday?

It's simple. #GivingTuesday is a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. This year, Facebook and PayPal are matching 7 million dollars of donations to non-profits! πŸ™Œ Let's work together to use this day of gratitude to support animal rescue.

We know you're passionate about helping animals, so today we're looking for members of our community to help Hope For Paws save more animals by creating a peer-to-peer fundraising campaign.

We'll help you organize and rally your community, provide you with inspiring rescue videos to share that help your friends and family understand why you care so much about supporting our animal rescue.

β–Άβ–ΆThe easiest way to help is by creating a Facebook fundraiser for #GivingTuesday, please click here and you'll be guided through the steps.

This is a one-day event and your support will have an impact, no matter how much you raise. You'll pick the goal, maybe $25, $50 or $250, along with the best way to reach your community.

If you decide to fundraise through Facebook, you'll help us leverage a $7 million pool of matching funds. This is an exciting opportunity to double your impact! Just think, with the match, we can reach twice as many animals! 🐱 πŸΆ

We're excited to have your support. If you have questions about how to create your fundraiser, please watch our video tutorial showing how to create a fundraiser on a computer or mobile device

Will you remind your friends and family about #GivingTuesday?

Whether or not you have the ability to donate or fundraise, you can inspire others to give. Remind your friends about #GivingTuesday by sharing your favorite Hope For Paws rescue video to help inspire generosity from others.

With your help, we'll be able to rescue more animals, just like these young puppies we found last week wandering alone in the streets of Los Angeles.

Please suggest a few names for our next rescues and sign-up for rescue updates.
